Remote Access/Assistance - Information Technology Services Employees Only. An ITS Employee who has been authorized by his/her Manager to receive a telephone call while off duty, and is able to deal with the problem over the telephone or by computer and does not have to report to a worksite, shall be paid one (1) hour pay at double the Employee’s regular rate of pay. Multiple telephone calls within a one (1) hour period will be treated as one (1) event for the purpose of pay. Consecutive events lasting more than one (1) hour will be paid at double time for actual time worked. An ITS Employee will not be eligible for this remuneration should a return to the worksite (Callout Article 14.07) result from the issue being discussed. Callout pay is calculated based on the time of the most recent call. Subsequent calls dealt with during the Callout timeframe are not considered new calls.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.

The service reports may include the following information in either electronic or hard copy form as designated by the Authorized User:  Date and time Contractor was notified  Date and time of Contractor’s arrival  Make and model of the Product  Description of malfunction reported by Authorized User  Diagnosis of failure and/or work performed by Contractor  Date and time failure was corrected by Contractor  Type of service – Maintenance/support or warranty  Charges, if any, for the service Service Reports for OGS
