Remote Connection. If appropriate, Client will cooperate with TCP to allow and enable TCP to perform Support and Maintenance via remote connection using standard, commercially available remote control software.

Customer shall be solely responsible for instituting and maintaining proper security safeguards to protect Customer's systems and Customer Data.

Where applicable, the Customer will cooperate with Scolab to allow Scolab to provide support by means of a remote connection using standard commercially available remote control software. The Customer shall be solely responsible for establishing and maintaining appropriate security safeguards to protect its own systems and data.

The TeamViewer application is available on the Man and Machine website [click on the ‘Remote Support Application’ button at the bottom of the Support page (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx/services/support/).] We will ask you to provide your TeamViewer ID and password so we can make a connection. In order to offer remote assistance, you must have an active internet connection capable of both upload and download at a reasonable speed.
Remote Connection. Licensee shall allow and enable Licensor to perform support services remotely using commercially available remote control software agreed to by the parties. Licensee agrees to obtain a copy of such software, provide an operational telephone line, and provide such assistance as reasonably necessary to facilitate such support. Licensee shall be solely responsible for instituting and maintaining security safeguards to protect Licensee's systems and data.

Customer shall be solely responsible for instituting and maintaining proper security safeguards to protect Customer’s systems and data.
