Remote Telework i. 50-Mile Program (5 days per week): the position’s duties, and the USPTO’s needs, are suitable for allowing 5 days per week of remote xxxxxxxx0. If an employee who lives within 50-miles of the USPTO office chooses this option, their approved alternate worksite becomes their official duty station and they are not required to report to the USPTO office on a regular basis.
