Rent and Utilities. Lessee shall pay rent during the Term of this Lease Agreement in the amount of Twelve Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($1,200.00) annually, due and payable on or before the last day of each calendar year plus other valuable consideration. Lessee shall pay the cost of all utilities or other services consumed in its operations hereunder and shall, maintain the Leased Premises in its current condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted, repair and replace all electrical, mechanical, ventilation and other systems required hereunder and shall provide, at its expense, all electric lamps or tubes, air conditioning or heating filters, and any other expendable or consumable supplies or items necessary for its purposes hereunder. Lessee acknowledges and agrees that City shall have no liability for blackouts, brownouts, or any other cessation, interruption, or failure of the utilities. In the event Lessee shall cease operations for a period of ninety (90) days or more (though excluding any period for repairs described in Section 26 of this Lease Agreement), City may declare that the remaining rental payments of the outstanding Term are immediately due and owing.
Rent and Utilities. During the Lease Term and any extension thereof without further demand or request the TENANT agrees to pay monthly rent to LANDLORD or its agent, on or before the fifth day of each month following the Effective Date by automatic withdrawal using the ACH facility (“Rent”). TENANT shall also pay, when due, the following utility bills that are connected to and serve the Property which include Xcel Energy (electric & gas), and City Water, Sewer and Trash (collectively the “Utility Bills”).
Rent and Utilities. Intergraph will provide UNIGLOBE with sufficient office space on Intergraph's premises in Huntsville, Alabama. All costs associated with the ongoing use of the space will be the responsibility of Intergraph. All furnishings and office equipment will be the responsibility of UNIGLOBE. TELECOMMUNICATIONS ------------------ Intergraph will provide UNIGLOBE with a single telephone line for access to Intergraph telephone network. This line must be used exclusively for communication with Intergraph employees. Unless otherwise agreed, all telephone instruments and related hardware and any external telephone lines will be responsibility of UNIGLOBE.
Rent and Utilities. During the initial term of the Lease and for so long thereafter as the Tenant remains in possession of the Leased Premises, Xxxxxx agrees to pay as rent each month for the Leased Premises the cash sum of $50.00 per month for the lease of the building. The $50 goes toward the use of the leased premises for one day a month. The rent shall be payable monthly in advance, on or before the 1st day of each calendar month during the term of the Lease. (1) year, the utilities will be looked at, and the rent may be adjusted.

Xxxxxx agrees to pay to Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx agrees to accept as Rent and Utilities for the Leased Premises the sum of $408.00 (combined cost) payable monthly, the first installment to be paid on the Effective date, and the same amount being payable on the 1st same day of each month thereafter, subject to termination of this Lease upon 30 days written notice by either party.

Lessee agrees to pay to Lessor and Lessor agrees to accept as Rent for the Leased Premises the sum of $159.36 payable monthly, the first installment to be paid on the Effective date, and the same amount being payable on the 1st same day of each month thereafter, subject to termination of this Lease upon 30 days written notice by either party. In addition to the payment of Rent, Lessee shall pay to Lessor on a monthly basis an allocated Utility charge of $34.56 per month.

In order to calculate your household rent, please fax a current Centrelink Income Statement, and 12 weeks of payslips or letter from employer (if applicable), for all household members who receive an income. Your support worker will provide you with the address of the property you are moving into if you wish to connect utilities yourself. Please connect the gas, electricity (and landline phone if you wish) prior to moving in. Alternatively, you can sign a form when you sign the lease with us and we can connect utilities on your behalf. I would like WHL to connect utilities on my behalf via On The Move I will connect utilities myself WHL will put the water account into your name at time of sign up. This is the landlord’s responsibility. Repairs, inspections and garden maintenance are carried out by DHS contractors and WHL contractors. You will be required to give access to contractors and gardeners so that repairs to the property can be completed and the gardens maintained.
Rent and Utilities a. Lessee shall pay Lessor rent for the Rented Premises in the sum of $ Dollars ($ ) per month (“Monthly Rent”) through December 31 of the year in which this lease is signed. Thereafter, effective January 1 of each succeeding year, the rent may be increased as established by the Lessor for that year and Lessor shall notify Lessee of such increase.
b. Rent shall be due and payable on the first day of each month and if not paid within ten (10) days of the due date, Lessee shall pay a late charge of ten percent (10%) of the monthly rental amount. All rental payments are to be made payable to Fairfield County Airport Authority Board and sent to the following address: Fairfield County Commissioners, 000 X. Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx 000, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxx, 00000. An additional fee for returned checks in the amount of twenty five dollars ($25) will be assessed against the Lessee for any payment not honored by the issuing financial institution.
c. If Lessee becomes delinquent in the payment of the rent for more than twenty (20) days, or violates any of the terms of the Lease, the same shall be deemed a breach of this Lease and Lessor, at its option, may immediately after such twenty days terminate this Lease and upon written notice to Lessee (“Removal Notice”) at the Lessee’s address set forth in the “Notice” section of this Lease. Lessee shall promptly remove the aircraft and all other items located in the Rented Premises upon actual or constructive receipt of the Removal Notice.
d. Lessee acknowledges and agrees that if Lessee fails to comply with the Removal Notice within ten (10) days from date of said notice, then the contents of the Rented Premises shall be deemed to have been knowingly and intentionally abandoned by the Lessee to the Lessor and Lessor, at its election, may cause any or all contents in the Rented Premises, including but not limited to any aircraft, to either be removed and stored at Lessee’s expense or sold at public auction. The proceeds of any such auction shall be applied (1) first, to any removal, storage, and cleaning costs incurred by the Lessor in connection with the Rented Premises or the contents thereof; (2) second, to any and all back rent, utility charges, fees or other costs or expenses of any kind owed by the Lessee to, or on behalf of, the Lessor; and (3) third, the cost and expense incurred by the Lessor to rent out the Rented Premises.
