RENT; LATE CHARGES. Lessee shall pay Lessor the first Rental Payment (as specified in the applicable Schedule) for the Equipment and Facilities on or before the Commencement Date of the applicable Schedule and shall pay Lessor the remaining periodic Rental Payments on or before the periodic payment dates specified in the applicable Schedule. If, pursuant to this Agreement or the applicable Schedule, the Term is extended, Lessee shall also pay all Rental Payments required with respect thereto. In the case of a breach or an Event of Default on the part of Lessee under this Agreement or any Schedule, all Rental Payments shall become immediately due and payable by Lessee without demand or notice, without any court order or other process of law and without liability to Lessee for any damages occasioned by such action, and all Equipment and Facilities are to be immediately returned to Lessor’s possession in the same condition provided to the Lessee, less reasonable wear and tear. Lessor is under no duty to mitigate any damages caused by Lessee’s breach or Event of Default. All Rental Payments will be sent to Lessor’s above-referenced address, or to such other address as specified by Lessor in writing. Lessee agrees to pay Lessor interest at the rate of *** per month (or such lesser rate as is the maximum rate allowable under applicable law) on any Rental Payment (or other amount due hereunder) that is not paid within ten (10) days of its due date.

RENT; LATE CHARGES. As rent for the Equipment under any Lease and the Financed Items under any Financing (in either case, referred to in this Master Agreement and any Schedule as “Rent”), Lessee agrees to pay the amounts specified in the applicable Schedule on the due dates specified in the applicable Schedule. If any part of any Rent payment or other amount due under this Master Agreement is not paid within 10 days of its due date, Lessee agrees to pay Lessor: (a) in the first month, a late charge to compensate Lessor for collecting and processing the late amount, which late charge is stipulated and liquidated at the greater of $.05 per dollar of each delayed amount or $50; plus (b) a charge for every month after the first month in which the amount is late to compensate Lessor for the inability to reinvest the amount, which charge is stipulated and liquidated at 1- 1⁄2% of the delayed amount per month (or the lesser rate that is the maximum rate allowable under applicable law).

RENT; LATE CHARGES. As Rent for the Equipment, Lessee shall pay Lessor the Lease Payments in US dollars, in the amounts agreed upon by both parties and on the dates set forth in the applicable Schedule. Lessor and Lessee agree that any interest on Late Payments shall be paid by Lessee in accordance with the payment provisions of the New Mexico Procurement Code, Section 13-1-158, NMSA 1978.

Additionally, if pursuant to this Agreement or the applicable Schedule the Term is extended by separate Motor Vehicle Rental Agreement, CUSTOMER shall also pay all Rental Payments required with respect thereto. All Rental Payments will be sent to VANGO, L.L.C.’s above-referenced address, or to such other address as speci ed by VA GO, L.L.C. in writing. CUSTOMER shall pay $ to XXXXX, X.X.X., as and for the Rental Rate for the motor vehicle for the period defined above, in the form of a credit card prior to CUSTOM R’s acceptance of the motor vehicle. XXXXX, X.X.X. DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS. CUSTOMER authorizes VANGO, L.L.C., to obtain CLI T’s financial or government information for the sole purpose of certifying payment, confirming CLIENT insurance and determining CUSTOMER’s motor vehicle license status. A 50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation.

Payments must be postmarked by the 4th of each month or hand delivered by the 5th of each month or will be considered late. In the event Payment is hand delivered to Landlord, Tenant(s) should request a receipt from Landlord to affirm the date payment was received. If you choose an electronic option for paying rent and it is not functioning properly, rent is still due by the 1st of each month and is considered late by the 5th of the month. RENT; LATE CHARGES. As lease payments (“Rent”) for the Equipment under any Lease Schedule, Xxxxxx agrees to pay the amounts specified in the applicable Lease Schedule on the due dates specified in the applicable Lease Schedule. Xxxxxx agrees to pay Lessor interest on any Rent payment or other amount due hereunder that is not paid within 15 days of its due date, at the rate of 1% per month (or such lesser rate as is the maximum rate allowable under applicable law). Lessee will make provision for such payments in budgets submitted to its governing body for the purpose of obtaining funding for the payments.
RENT; LATE CHARGES. Resident agrees to pay to Landlord, using the Pioneer Property Management, LLC Automated Payment System, the following monthly charges: The initial payment of charges for the first month shall be due on or before the lease start date. Every month thereafter, monthly charges are due five (5) days before the end of the preceding month (due date). That portion of the monthly charges that is rent is due five (5) days before the end of the preceding month and rent is in default if not received before the fourth day before the end of the preceding month. Note: date posted on Landlord bank register will constitute payment date of received funds. For a term commencing on a day other than the 1st day of a month or ending on a day other than the last of the month, monthly charges shall be prorated. Proration cost per day is determined by the total monthly charge divided by the actual number of days in the month. Overpayments resulting from Resident failure to adjust automated payment system settings as necessary shall be returned in the security deposit disposition process. Resident understands that if the total monthly charges, except past due Late Fees, are not received before the second (2nd) day of each month, there will be a late fee in the amount of 5% of past due rent or $50.00, whichever is greater. The Late Fee accrues on the eighth day of the month and is due on the date it accrues. Resident agrees that Written notice of any Late Fee incurred shall be deemed timely given when the charge appears on Resident's ledger, or any other notice provided to Resident, within 180 days of its accrual. Resident acknowledges that if a ledger is provided to Resident through an internet portal, it is deemed received by Resident on the date it is posted in the portal. A Returned Payment Fee in the amount of $20.00 will be charged for any returned check, payment, or ACH which is rejected. The Returned Payment Fee shall not be considered a Late Fee. The Returned Payment Fee shall be charged each time that a check, payment or ACH is presented to the Landlord's bank for payment and does not clear and is charged in order to compensate the Landlord for bank charges incurred as well as for the administrative time incurred by Landlord as a result of the receipt of the returned check or ACH payment from Resident.
