Key Lockout Service. In the event the keys for the Vehicle are lost, broken or accidentally locked in the Vehicle, or the Vehicle has a frozen lock, the Roadside Administrator will arrange for a service provider to unlock the Vehicle and will pay up to a maximum of one hundred dollars ($100) per occurrence for the locksmith service, excluding the cost of replacement keys. You are responsible for the cost of any replacement keys at the time of service.

Trip Interruption Should YOUR VEHICLE become inoperable due to a MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN covered by this CONTRACT that occurs more than 100 miles from YOUR home and prior to YOUR destination, we will provide payment to reimburse YOU for actual expenses incurred up to One hundred and twenty five dollars ($125) per day up to three days not to exceed Three hundred and seventy five dollars ($375) for meals and lodging. YOU must provide to us valid lodging and meal receipts in order to be reimbursed.

If YOU return this AGREEMENT within the applicable time period and no CLAIMS have been filed, the AGREEMENT shall be void and WE will refund the entire AGREEMENT Purchase Price within forty-five (45) days. A 10% penalty per month shall be added to a refund that is not paid or credited within forty-five (45) days after return of this AGREEMENT to US. This provision applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Cost of Services Political Subdivision shall share some expenses for the above services, supplies and equipment. Additional elections may lower costs for each entity, and election cancellations may raise costs for each entity. It is understood that other political entities may wish to participate in the use of the County’s electronic voting equipment and polling locations, and it is agreed that Contracting Officer may enter into other contracts with entities for those purposes on terms and conditions generally similar to those set forth in this Agreement. Only the actual expenses directly attributable to this Agreement and any prorated shared expenses may be charged to Political Subdivision, plus a 10% administrative fee.

  • COURT SERVICE If an employee is required to appear in court or pursuant to a subpoena or other order of a court or body or to perform jury service, and such appearance or service results in his/her absence from work, he/she shall be granted court service leave for the period of time necessary to fulfill such requirement. Any employee who makes an appearance and whose service is not required shall return to work as soon as practicable after release. An employee on court service leave for a full day shall receive the difference between the payment received for such court service, excluding any travel allowance, and his/her regular pay. Any employee returning to work from court service leave shall be paid by the State for his/her actual hours worked or a minimum of the difference between payment received from the court, excluding any travel allowance, and his/her regular pay, whichever is greater. The provisions of this Article shall not apply to an employee summoned to or appearing before a court or body as a party to any private legal action which is not job related.

  • DNS service availability Refers to the ability of the group of listed-­‐as-­‐authoritative name servers of a particular domain name (e.g., a TLD), to answer DNS queries from DNS probes. For the service to be considered available at a particular moment, at least, two of the delegated name servers registered in the DNS must have successful results from “DNS tests” to each of their public-­‐DNS registered “IP addresses” to which the name server resolves. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes see the service as unavailable during a given time, the DNS service will be considered unavailable.

  • Length of Service For purposes of this Agreement and the method of computing sick leave, annual leave, seniority, and other conditions of employment, except as otherwise provided for herein, a “month” shall be defined as 173.3 hours of work, and a year shall be defined as 2080 hours of work. For purposes of computing longevity (wage) increments and annual leave progression steps, a “year” shall be defined as 1664 hours of work or twelve (12) months, whichever comes last. Time paid for but not worked (excluding standby pay) shall be regarded as time worked for purposes of computing wages and benefits. Time worked which is paid on an overtime basis shall count as time worked for purposes of computing wages and benefits not to exceed 2080 hours within any twelve (12) month period.
