RENTAL REIMBURSEMENT COVERAGE. This Coverage Form is extended to respond, in the event that property insured by this ‘Contractors Tool and Equipment Coverage Form’ is damaged or destroyed by an insured peril, to include the reimbursement of the expense necessarily incurred by the Insured to rent tools or equipment to continue normal business services and operations which are interrupted as the result of such direct damage to insured tools and/or equipment by an insured peril. This extension applies only for the period of time required with the exercise of due diligence and dispatch to restore normal business service and operations or when the lost or damaged tool or equipment is replaced whichever occurs first. This extension of coverage shall be limited to a maximum limit of $1,000 per day and shall not exceed the limit of insurance for this ‘Contractors Tools and Equipment Coverage Form’.
RENTAL REIMBURSEMENT COVERAGE. A. Subject to the each day and each accident limit shown on the Declarations Page, if you pay us the premium for Rental Reimbursement Coverage, we will reimburse you or, at our option, pay directly on your behalf the daily rental expenses incurred by you when you rent an auto from a commercially licensed rental agency approved by us. No deductible will apply to this coverage. Rental Reimbursement Coverage will apply only to the covered auto for which this coverage and a specific premium are shown on the Declarations Page.
RENTAL REIMBURSEMENT COVERAGE. The provisions and exclusions that apply to Coverage For Damage To Your Auto also apply to this endorsement except as changed by this endorsement. No deductible applies to this coverage. When there is a loss to your covered auto described in the Declarations for which a specific premium charge indicates that Rental Reimbursement Coverage is afforded: We will reimburse you for expenses you incur to rent a substitute auto. We will pay up to the maximum of the limits described in the declarations. This coverage applies only if:
RENTAL REIMBURSEMENT COVERAGE. If the declarations page reflects that Rental Reimbursement Coverage provided under this Part F has been purchased for a specific covered auto, we will reimburse rental charges incurred when you rent a temporary substitute auto due to a covered collision loss or comprehensive loss to that specific covered auto. Our Limit of Liability for Rental Reimbursement Coverage consists of the dollar amount and number of days set forth on the declarations page. If the covered auto is rendered inoperable by a covered collision loss or comprehensive loss, this coverage becomes effective at the time of such loss. If the covered auto is operable, this coverage becomes effective when it is delivered to a shop for repair of the involved loss.
