Repair Authorization. Goal: Ensure that maintenance resources are not unnecessarily expended on vehicles scheduled to be withdrawn from the fleet. Ensure requested modifications are approved by SCL prior to conducting work. FMD Responsibilities: Immediately take vehicles with safety-related defects out of service while waiting for repair authorization. Obtain prior approval for major repairs from the SCL Fleet Management Coordinator and Fleet Manager on SCL-owned vehicles that will exceed $2,000 to determine whether SCL-owned vehicles in need of major repairs will be repaired or taken out of service for disposal. Obtain prior approval from the SCL Fleet Management Coordinator and Fleet Manager for any in-service vehicle modifications, fabrications and improvement estimates. SCL Responsibilities: Determine whether SCL-owned vehicles in need of major repairs will be repaired or taken out of service for disposal. Provide repair authorization in writing or email within two business days for major repairs on all SCL-owned vehicles. Service Calls Goal: Provide on-site service to repair disabled vehicles. FMD Responsibilities: During normal working hours, after hours and weekends within city limits, respond to SCL requests for on-site service to repair disabled vehicles. Repair the vehicle or arrange for towing within one hour after responding to the service call. SCL Responsibilities: Provide a qualified operator to meet FMD staff responding to the service call. SCL staff may be requested to remain on-site during repairs.

Repair Authorization. If you receive repair authorization, a shipping label will be emailed to You to send Your Covered Product in for repair. We pay for the shipping of the device From You to Us and From Us to You through one of our preferred couriers; USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You are responsible for securely packaging the Covered Product for shipment to Us. Please note boxes and accessories may not be returned due to shipping constraints. We recommend not to send anything other than the device. We are not responsible for devices that are lost or damaged in transit.

  • Power; Authorization Such Investor has all requisite power and authority to execute and deliver this Agreement. This Agreement, when executed and delivered by such Investor, will constitute a valid and legally binding obligation of such Investor, enforceable in accordance with its respective terms, except as: (a) limited by applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium and other laws of general application affecting enforcement of creditors’ rights generally; and (b) limited by laws relating to the availability of specific performance, injunctive relief or other equitable remedies.

  • Required Authorizations There is no requirement to make any filing with, give any notice to, or obtain any Authorization of, any Governmental Entity as a condition to the lawful completion of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
