Repeated use. (a) Subject to Article 17.6 (Use after Early Termination), the Contracting Authority may only on one occasion use and cause to be used the design that is embodied in the documents or that stems therefrom, in whole or in part (“reproduction” in the sense of Article 13 of the Netherlands Copyright Act 1912). Any further reproduction of the design or parts thereof by the Contracting Authority requires authorisation from the Contractor. The Contractor is required to grant this consent but is entitled to attach reasonable conditions thereto, including the payment of reasonable compensation.
Repeated use. If an employee has been absent on sick leave on four separate occurrences within a calendar year, the following shall apply to all subsequent absences in that year:

Employees must provide a Physician's statement for sick leave absences of three (3) consecutive work days, or more than six (6) separate sick leave occurrences during a one (1) year calendar period, regardless of duration. Sick leave certified under FMLA leave will not count toward an occurrence.
