Report of Vacancies. The human resources department shall identify and advertise known external vacancies as early as possible after the assignment load committee meets to place career teachers needing an assignment for the next school year. These initial external vacancies shall be available to career teachers for transfers first. All other external vacancies which occur through the last day of school each school year shall be posted on the district website, sent electronically to each teacher and the association for all career teachers to consider, and posted externally at the same time. Notices of external vacancies shall include required endorsements and skill requirements.
