Reporting Damage. You agree to promptly report any damage and loss of which you are aware to the University via:
a) the UON Student Living Portal;
b) University staff; or
c) if urgent and outside of normal office hours, to Security/After Hours Duty Officers.

Reporting Damage. 1. Immediately noticeable damage shall be notified to the storage contractor immediately in the course of return or directly thereafter in the absence of which the storage contractor shall be deemed to have returned the removal items without immediately noticeable damage.
