Reporting of Complaints. The Contractor agrees to promptly notify Camelot in writing in the event that it receives any complaints in relation to the Services or the Lottery. The Contractor will disclose the name of the party making the complaint, who the complaint is made against and the nature and circumstances that gave rise to the complaint.
Reporting of Complaints. 29.1 Contractor shall immediately report to Owner, in accordance with Article 33.0, the complete details of all complaints, including any OSHA violations and complaints received from governmental authorities, Subcontractors, laborers, other third parties or members of the public relating to the Work.
