Reporting to Professional Associations. If an Employee is reported by the Employer to her professional association, the Employee shall be advised within one (1) calendar day. The Employee shall receive a copy of the report. If the Employee is fully exonerated by the professional association, all reference to the matter shall be removed from the Employee’s personnel file and destroyed.

The Employee shall receive a copy of the report. If the Employee is fully exonerated by the professional association, the Employee may request the report to the College be removed from the Employee’s personnel file and destroyed.
