Reports of Trustee. Within thirty (30) days following the close of each Fiscal Year and each quarter of each Fiscal Year, the Trustee shall deliver to the Committee a statement for the period ending on the last day of such Fiscal Year and/or quarter of such Fiscal Year, as the case may be, listing all securities and other property acquired or disposed of and all receipts, disbursements and other transactions effected by the Trust during such period, and further listing all cash, securities, and other property held by the Trust, together with the Fair Market Value thereof, as of the end of such period. In addition to the foregoing, the report shall contain such information regarding the Trust Fund's assets and transactions as the Committee in its discretion may reasonably request. The Trustee shall also deliver to the Committee such statements for other periods as the Committee may reasonably request. Except as otherwise provided in the next sentence, all tax returns and other regulatory filings, if any, required by the Trust shall be prepared by the Trustee and submitted to the Committee for the Company's review at least thirty (30) days before the due date (including any extension thereof) for filing such tax return or other regulatory filing. The Company may, upon written notice to the Trustee, assume the responsibility for preparing any tax return or other regulatory filing required by the Trust.
Reports of Trustee. (a) As soon as practicable after the end of each fiscal year of the Trust and each fiscal quarter thereof and one time only after termination of the Trust, the Trustee shall submit a written report and account to the Noteholders and the Beneficiary showing (i) the assets and liabilities of the Trust at the end of such fiscal year, such fiscal quarter or upon termination and the receipts and disbursements of the Trustee for such fiscal year, fiscal quarter or period, which in the case of reports and accounts for a fiscal year and after termination of the Trust, shall be certified by independent public accounts, (ii) any changes in the Trust Assets which it has not previously reported, and (iii) any action taken by the Trustee in the performance of its duties under this Agreement which it has not previously reported and which, in its sole discretion, materially affects the Trust Assets.
(b) The approval of the Beneficiary of any report or account shall not be required, and subject to Article VI hereof, the Trustee's determinations as to all matters and transactions disclosed in such reports shall be final and binding upon all persons, whether in being or not, who may then be, or thereafter become, interested in the Trust Assets.

(iv) any change to the amount, interest rate and maturity date of all other indebtedness owing by the Company (or by any other obligor on the Securities) to the Trustee in its individual capacity, on the date of such report, with a brief description of any property held as collateral security therefor, except an indebtedness based upon a creditor relationship arising in any manner described in Section 613(b)(ii), (iii), (iv) or (vi);
(v) any change to the property and funds, if any, physically in the possession of the Trustee as such on the date of such report;
(vi) any additional issue of Securities which the Trustee has not previously reported; and
(vii) any action taken by the Trustee in the performance of its duties hereunder which it has not previously reported and which in its opinion materially affects the Securities, except action in respect of a default, notice of which has been or is to be withheld by the Trustee in accordance with Section 602.

Reports of Trustee. 7.2.1 Within thirty (30) days following the close of each Fiscal Year and each quarter of each Fiscal Year, the Trustee shall deliver to the Committee a statement for the period ending on the last day of such Fiscal Year and/or quarter of such Fiscal Year, as the case may be, listing all securities and other property acquired or disposed of and all receipts, disbursements and other transactions effected by the Trust during such period, and further listing all cash, securities, and other property held by the Trust, together with the Fair Market Value thereof, as of the end of such period. Any statement, when approved by the Company or the Committee, will be binding and conclusive on the Company, the Committee and all other persons, and the Trustee will thereby be released and discharged from any liability or accountability to the Company, the Committee and all persons with respect to all matters set forth therein. Omission by the Company or the Committee to object in writing to any specific items in any such statement within 90 days after its delivery will constitute approval of the statement by the Company and the Committee. No other accounts or reports shall be required to be given to the Company, the Administrator or a Participant except as stated herein or except as otherwise agreed to in writing by the Trustee. Except as otherwise provided in the next sentence, all tax returns and other regulatory filings, if any, required by the Trust shall be prepared by or at the direction of the Company at its own expense and submitted to the Trustee for its review at least thirty (30) days before the due date (including any extension thereof) for filing such tax return or other regulatory filing. To the extent any such return or filing is prepared by the Company for the Trustee's signature, the Trustee shall be fully protected in executing and submitting the same. The Trustee may, upon written notice to the Company, and upon the Company's consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld), assume the responsibility for preparing any tax return or other regulatory filing required by the Trust, in which case the Company shall pay all the expenses of the Trustee in connection therewith (such expenses to be included as expenses under Section 5.1).

Reports of Trustee. The Trustee shall make periodic reports to the Issuer and the Company of all monies received and expended by it. The Trustee shall furnish to the Issuer, upon request of the Issuer, (a) a statement of the amount of principal of Bonds outstanding and unpaid and (b) such information as may be necessary to complete any audit of the Issuer.
Reports of Trustee. Within forty-five (45) days after the end of each Fiscal Year, the Trustee shall furnish to the City a copy of a report by the Trustee covering such Fiscal Year, showing the following information:
(i) a detailed statement concerning the receipt and disposition of all payments of Customer Facility Charges and Contingent Fees;
(ii) a detailed statement concerning the disposition of the amounts in the Construction Fund (until the Construction Fund shall have been fully disposed of); and
(iii) an asset statement or balance sheet of all Funds and Accounts established by Article V hereof as of the end of said Fiscal Year.
