Representation at Discipline Meetings. In the event an administrator requires an employee to attend a meeting for the purpose of disciplining said employee, the employee, upon the employee's request, may have an Association representative present. The employee shall be given prior written notice of the reasons for such a meeting one (l) day in advance. In instances where the one-day written notice requirement is not met, the employee will receive the written notice of reasons within 24 hours after the meeting.

If remediable, the Employee shall be given prior written notice of the reasons for such a meeting one (l) day in advance.
