Representatives of the Buyer and Nokia and the end user shall have the opportunity of visiting the factory of the Seller or his subcontractor before and during the production phase to inspect the production of the equipment to be supplied and to carry out any measurements considered necessary. The incoming inspection will be based on standard IEC410 (MIL-STD 105 E) and Nokia Telecommunications Quality Requirements. The sampling plan will be General inspection level II, single sample, AQL 2,5 for visual inspection.
