Request for Certificate of Completion. Promptly upon substantial completion by Redeveloper of the Private Improvements in accordance with all provisions of this Redevelopment Agreement, and promptly after the Redeveloper provides the City with the proper documentation that Redeveloper’s contractor or his or her subcontractors who performed labor or supplied materials, equipment or supplies in the prosecution of the Private Improvements have been properly paid, the City shall, upon request of such Redeveloper, cause a final inspection to be made of the Private Improvements for the Phase in question. If the applicable Phase work has been completed in conformance with this Redevelopment Agreement, the City shall execute and deliver to Redeveloper the City's acceptance to the Redeveloper's Certificate of Completion of Private Improvements, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit E for said Phase. The acceptance of the Redeveloper’s Certificate of Completion of Private Improvements by the City shall be a conclusive determination of satisfaction of the agreements and covenants contained in this Redevelopment Agreement with respect to the obligations of Redeveloper and its successors and assigns to construct the Private Improvements for said Phase of the Project. As used herein, the term “completion” shall mean substantial completion of the required Private Improvements. Substantial completion is the stage in the construction progress of the Private Improvements when they are sufficiently complete in accordance with the Exterior Construction Documents and when the Redeveloper has secured a temporary or permanent certificate of occupancy so that the Redeveloper can occupy or utilize the Private Improvements for their intended use. The Redeveloper’s Certificate(s) of Completion of Private Improvements shall be recorded by Redeveloper in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Lancaster County, Nebraska against the Project Site.

  • Certificate of Completion The Interconnection Customer shall provide the EDC with a completed copy of the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion, including evidence of the electrical inspection performed by the local authority having jurisdiction. The evidence of completion of the electrical inspection may be provided on inspection forms used by local inspecting authorities. The Interconnection request shall not be finally approved until the EDC’s representative signs the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion.

  • Certification of Completion Certification of completion of the program will be contingent upon Resident successfully completing the core requirements of the Program, returning all property of the Medical Center such as books, equipment, etc., and having settled any other professional or financial obligations to the Medical Center. All objectives must have a minimum status of satisfactory progress. • All evaluations must be completed in accordance with ASHP Accreditation Standard as outlined in the Resident Agreement • Completion of pharmacokinetic certification by October 31 of residency year • Completion of inpatient anticoagulation certification by October 31 of residency year. • Completion of major project, which includes meeting all project deadlines and submission of written manuscript of completed project to the RAC. • Assigned projects (MUE, drug review, class review, and management project) have been completed • Presentation of at least one major CME program. • Completion of minimum staffing requirements as described in section 2.7 • Adherence to the organization’s attendance standards and as described in this document under Exhibit A.
