Estimate of Costs. An updated estimate based on the information available to The Peoples Solicitors to date will be available on request.
Estimate of Costs. The estimated costs stated may be expressed as a range of possible costs and can be charged only when such costs have actually been incurred in connection with securing the loan or loan commitment. Actual costs incurred for items which include, but are not limited to, express mail fees, long distance calls and photographs will be paid by Borrower unless otherwise stated herein.

Estimate of Costs. Following TXDOT’s approval of the Plans and Specifications, K29 shall provide to Highway 29 an itemization of the design and permitting costs incurred by K29 to date for the Traffic Control Improvements, along with reasonable supporting documentation, and an estimate of the construction costs to be incurred by K29 for the Traffic Control Improvements, based on bids obtained by and approved by K29 (the “Estimated Project Costs”). Copies of the Estimated Project Costs shall be shared with Highway 29 for its commercially reasonable approval, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed. If Highway 29 fails to provide written notice of its disapproval of the Estimated Project Costs within ten (10) days after its receipt of the Estimated Project Costs, the Estimated Project Costs shall be deemed approved by Highway 29.
Estimate of Costs. Prior to beginning of work on any Incremental Capital Asset which Louisville expects to cost more than $1,000,000, such estimate shall be furnished by Louisville in reasonable detail to IMEA for use by it in anticipating its financial requirements. Such estimate shall be subject to revision periodically to reflect more current information on such Incremental Capital Asset.

Estimate of Costs. 6.1 BLCA currently estimates that the likely total costs of the Common Benefit Work to be (inclusive of GST): Professional Fees and Disbursements $7,000,000 - $10,000,000 Uplift Fees $300,000 - $400,000
6.2 The costs estimates in clause 6.1 is an estimate of total Legal Costs for the Common Benefit Work and, therefore, includes estimated fees payable to BLCA in respect of the Work (Professional Fees) and estimated fees payable to Xxxxxxx + Xxxxx in respect of the Work (included in the Disbursements). As explained in clause 4.2 above, upon a Resolution (and subject to court approval), the Legal Costs paid by the Funder to BLCA and Xxxxxxx + Xxxxx in respect of the Work will be reimbursed to the Funder (together with other amounts paid by the Funder under the Funding Agreement) from the Resolution Sum.
6.3 You acknowledge that the estimates in clause 6.1 are preliminary estimates, not quotations, and subject to change. While the estimates are based on present information and instructions and XXXX’s current understanding as to what services are required, the Legal Costs may exceed the estimates if further information becomes available or circumstances change which impact on these matters. In this event, BLCA will provide you with a revised cost estimate as soon as practicable.
Estimate of Costs. Any estimate of costs will be the Firms “best guess” as to what the costs are likely to be. If the work does not proceed as the Firm had expected due to unexpected complications, or if the work proves more complicated or time consuming than originally anticipated, the Firm will charge for all additional work. • If it appears that the estimate will be exceeded, the Firm will advise the Client of the reasons and obtain further instructions from the Client.
Estimate of Costs. As soon as reasonably practicable after the receipt of a request for any Tenant’s Variation, but not later than ten (10) Working Days following receipt of such request (unless the complexity of the Tenant’s Variation is such that ten (10) Working Days is not reasonably considered achievable by the Developer in which case the Developer shall notify the Tenant within 3 Working Days of receipt of a request of an appropriate timefame), the Developer shall provide to the Tenant a statement from the Cost Consultant setting out in respect of each Tenant’s Variation if more than one:
10.6.1 an estimate of the impact of incorporating each Tenant’s Variation on the Target Access Date; and
10.6.2 an estimate of the additional costs and expenses likely to be incurred by the Developer or (as the case may be) any costs and expenses likely to be saved by reason of the modification of the Developer’s Works to include each Tenant’s Variation including:
(A) all reasonable professional fees and disbursements arising from any request by the Tenant for each Tenant’s Variation (whether or not such request is ultimately implemented);
(B) the cost of any consequential reprogramming or resequencing of any element of the Developer’s Works;
(C) the cost of any abortive works, including the cost of cancellation of any order already placed; and
(D) any other costs incurred or likely to be incurred by the Developer resulting from the integration of each Tenant’s Variation into the Developer’s Works.
