Required Meetings. The Director of Transportation may call meetings which shall require the attendance of all bus drivers, such as safety instructions, first aid classes, and other meetings as may be deemed necessary. Bus drivers will be paid a minimum of one-half hour for required meetings at their current rate or actual time plus 15 minutes, whichever is greater. Compensation for returning bus drivers who are attending training meetings shall be at the driver's regular hourly rate.
