Common use of Required Training and Records Clause in Contracts

Required Training and Records. Time spent attending training required by the Employer will be considered time worked. If the Employer requires self-guided training (e.g., online trainings), Employees will be granted necessary equipment and reasonable time separate from regular job duties during their regularly scheduled shift to complete the training. The Employer will maintain a record of all training’s successfully completed by the employee. If an employee provides documentation of other work-related training, it will be recorded in the training record and retained in the employee's personnel file. An employee may request a copy of their training record.
