Common use of Required Training Clause in Contracts

Required Training. Any fees or registration costs for required training will be paid by the College. Any hours of required training by the College will be paid for at the employee's regular rate, or at the employee's overtime rate if appropriate, unless the training is scheduled during the employee's regularly scheduled work hours, in which case the employee will receive his/her regular pay rate. The college will provide training on state and federal regulatory requirements to all employees. It is the responsibility of all employees to stay current with all regulatory requirements related to their duties. The College will inform employees of required training.
