Research Budget. Sponsor shall pay UGARF per the budget and payment schedule identified in Appendix B. UGARF shall issue invoices to Sponsor per Appendix B, and Sponsor shall deliver payment to UGARF in the amount of each invoice within thirty (30) days of receipt of each invoice or on the date identified as the due date on the invoice, whichever is later.
Research Budget. The Company shall have received the research plan and budget referred to in Section 2.1(B) of the Research and License Agreement, dated as of October 1, 1992, between the University of Massachusetts and the Company for the fiscal year ended June 30, 1994, in form and substance satisfactory to and approved by the Purchasers.
Research Budget. 6.1. The RESEARCH budget is contained in Article 24. It includes the maximum ELIGIBLE EXPENSES. ELIGIBLE EXPENSES are classified under two headings:
Research Budget. The Research Budget (in the event that MediWound shall exercise its option to have LR perform the Research) will be provided as set forth in Annex B. Each payment will be made within thirty (30) days after the last day of the month in which the invoice was received from LR. In any event MediWound shall not pay any amounts which exceed the actual expenses as reported by LR during the Research and if, in retrospect, MediWound has paid amounts which exceed the actual expenses, then LR shall refund such amounts to MediWound at the end of the performance of the Research, as applicable.
Research Budget. Within fifteen (15) business days after the First Amendment Effective Date, the parties shall agree and finalize a detailed budget ("Budget"), which shall be incorporated by reference herein in its entirety, and attached to this Agreement as Exhibit E. To the best of its present knowledge, Terrapin represents and warrants that [ * ]. Terrapin shall ensure at all times that it [ * ] and shall not [ * ] without the prior written consent of Sanwa, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Research Budget. On or before thirty (30) days after the Date of this Agreement, Monsanto will develop, with input from the Supervisory Committee, and present to the Supervisory Committee a Research Budget for the period beginning on the Date of this Agreement and ending on October 31, 1996. At least ninety (90) days prior to November 1, 1996, Monsanto will present to the Supervisory Committee a Research Budget developed by Monsanto for the year beginning on November 1, 1996 and ending on October 31, 1997 taking into consideration the recommendations made by the Supervisory Committee. This period and each yearly period ending on October 31 of the applicable year thereafter shall be designated as a _Budget Year". The Research Budget shall include, to the extent practicable, a break-down of the budget by "Budget Year" quarters. Monsanto will present to the Supervisory Committee
Research Budget. As consideration for the conduct of the Immatics Research Activities, Moderna shall reimburse Immatics for its Research Costs incurred in the conduct of the Immatics Research Activities under each Research Plan in accordance with the corresponding Research Budget. Immatics shall invoice Moderna for Immatics’ Research Costs on a Calendar Quarter basis in arrears, and, to the extent the invoice does not exceed more than [**] of the applicable Research Budget for the applicable Calendar Quarter, and at the end of the Research Term for such TCER Project, all amounts invoiced by Immatics for its Research Costs hereunder do not exceed [**] of the applicable Research Budget, Moderna shall pay such amounts within [**] after receipt of such invoice. Immatics shall cooperate with any reasonable request of Moderna to confirm the information in any such invoice(s).
Research Budget. JST agrees to fund the Research Budget. A detailed breakdown of the Research Budget is provided in Appendix 3. The Research Institute shall use Research Funds solely for carrying out the Collaborative Research, and any unused Research Funds shall be returned to JST in accordance with Article 4.5.
Research Budget. Each Party will commit the resources as set out in the Research Budget in Schedule 4 to carrying out its Research Activities.
Research Budget. In consideration for Sponsor’s satisfactory performance of the Research Activities, Company shall pay Sponsor and the Institutions in accordance with the research budget set forth in Schedule 2 (the “Research Budget”). The Sponsor and the Institutions agree that the aggregate amount specified in the Research Budget is the maximum amount payable under this Agreement and represents Company’s full and complete obligation to compensate Sponsor and the Institutions for all Research Activities to be performed, and expenses incurred, by Sponsor under this Agreement. The Parties acknowledge that the amounts to be paid by Company under this Agreement are reasonable compensation, representing the fair market value for the work performed by Sponsor and the Institutions and that it has not received any other compensation or inducement in connection with this Agreement or its participation in the Research Activities.
