Research Purpose. The purpose of the study is to explore how SDP is understood and implemented by school leaders and teachers in one Kazakhstani school. The research will help to identify the challenges which educators experience in their current SDP practices. This exploration can inform educators about how to further improve the process and effectiveness of SDP. Research Questions So, the following questions are guiding my research:
