Resident Customer Support Representatives. 15.1.1 The Seller will provide representatives to act in an advisory capacity at the Buyer’s main base or at other locations (“Resident Customer Support Representative”) to be mutually agreed. 15.1.2 The Seller will provide to the Buyer an annual written account of the consumed man-months of Resident Customer Support Representative’s time consumed in the preceding year together with any remaining balance. 15.1.3 Should the Buyer request Resident Customer Support Representative time that exceeds the amounts set forth in Clause 15.1.1(ii), the Seller may provide additional service subject to the terms and conditions agreed by the Buyer and the Seller at the time of such request. 15.1.4 The Seller will cause similar resident customer support services to be provided by the representatives of the Propulsion System manufacturer and by representatives of the Suppliers when necessary and applicable.

Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State. 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1, remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment exercised in the other Contracting State shall be taxable only in the first-mentioned State if: a) the recipient is present in the other State for a period or periods not exceeding in the aggregate 183 days in any twelve-month period commencing or ending in the tax year concerned, and b) the remuneration is paid by, or on behalf of, an employer who is not a resident of the other State, and c) the remuneration is not borne by a permanent establishment or a fixed base which the employer has in the other State. 3. Notwithstanding the preceding provisions of this Article, remuneration derived in respect of an employment exercised aboard a ship or aircraft operated in international traffic by a resident of a Contracting State, may be taxed in that State.

The term "professional services" includes especially independent scientific, literary, artistic, educational or teaching activities as well as the independent activities of physicians, lawyers, engineers, architects, dentists and accountants.
