Resignation of Other Positions. Should Executive’s employment terminate for any reason, Executive agrees to immediately resign all other positions Executive may hold with or on behalf of Company.
Resignation of Other Positions. Effective upon the Separation Date, Employee shall be deemed to and should have resigned from all positions Employee holds as an officer of the Company or a member of the Board of Directors (or any committee thereof) of the Company or any affiliate.

Upon the Executive’s Separation from Service for any reason, the Executive shall be deemed to have resigned from any and all directorships, offices, committee memberships and other positions with, on behalf of, or relating to the Company, its Subsidiaries or any of its controlled affiliates or benefits plans, effective as of such date of the Executive’s termination of employment, unless otherwise mutually agreed with the Board.
Resignation of Other Positions. Should Employee’s employment terminate for any reason, Xxxxxxxx agrees to immediately resign all other positions with the Company, as applicable.
Resignation of Other Positions. Employee hereby agrees that between the Execution Date and the Effective Date, Employee shall resign all other officer, employee, member, director and/or agent positions that the Employee holds with the Company in the manner and time determined by the Company; provided however, that as of the Effective Date, Employee does hereby resign all positions that Employee holds with the Company and or its subsidiaries and affiliates.
Resignation of Other Positions. Should Consultant’s engagement terminate for any reason, Consultant agrees to immediately resign all other positions Consultant may hold with or on behalf of the Company, if any.
Resignation of Other Positions. You hereby acknowledge and agree that upon signing this Letter Agreement and the Letter of Resignation, which is attached as Attachment C hereto and made part of this Letter Agreement, you resign your employment with Storage Technology Holding Limited pursuant to the Letter Agreement dated February 3, 1998. You also acknowledge and agree that upon signing this Letter Agreement and the Letter of Resignation you resign as President Directeur Général of Storage Technology France S.A., and as a director (administrateur) of that Company, as well as any other position with the Company or any Company Affiliate(s), as defined in Section 11 above.
Resignation of Other Positions. If, as and when your employment is terminated hereunder, you shall be deemed to have resigned from any and all positions with the Company that you may otherwise hold, including as an officer or director of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.
Resignation of Other Positions. Upon the termination of Officer’s employment hereunder for any reason, Officer agrees that he shall be deemed to have resigned, effective upon the date of termination (unless he resigns earlier therefrom) from any and all positions that Officer then holds as an officer and/or director (or other similar position) of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or other Affiliates.
Resignation of Other Positions. Employee hereby resigns all other officer, member, director and/or agent positions that he holds with Company, except that the Employee shall remain as an employee on unpaid leave with no other incidents of employment other than Availability pursuant to Paragraph 1(d), Severance Compensation pursuant to Paragraph 2(a) and (d), and Medical Benefits pursuant to 2(b) below.
