RESPONSIBILITY AS EMPLOYER. All employees of the Awarded Bidder shall be, at all times, employees of the Awarded Bidder under its sole discretion, and not an employee or agent of the County. The Awarded Bidder shall provide competent employees. The County may require the Awarded Bidder to remove any employee it deems careless, incompetent, insubordinate or otherwise objectionable and whose continued employment on County property is not in the best interest of the County. Each employee of the Awarded Bidder shall have and wear proper identification.

RESPONSIBILITY AS EMPLOYER. The employee(s) of the vendor shall be considered at all times its employee(s), and not an employee(s) or agent(s) of the County, The contractor shall provide employee(s) capable of performing the work as required. The County may require the contractor to remove any employee it deems unacceptable. All employees of the contractor may be required to wear appropriate identification.

  • RESPONSIBILITY FOR EMPLOYEES To the extent that the Contract involves the provision of the Services to UNDP by the Contractor’s officials, employees, agents, servants, subcontractors and other representatives (collectively, the Contractor’s “personnel”), the following provisions shall apply:

  • Responsibility of Contractor a. Contractor shall be held strictly responsible for the proper performance of all work covered by the Contract Documents, including all work performed by Subcontractors. All work performed under this Contract shall comply in every respect to the rules and regulations of all agencies having jurisdiction over the Project or any part thereof.

  • RESPONSIBILITY OF CONSULTANT Consultant shall take all responsibility for the work, shall bear all losses and damages directly or indirectly resulting to Consultant, to any subcontractor, to the City, to City officers and employees, or to parties designated by the City, on account of the performance or character of the work, unforeseen difficulties, accidents, occurrences or other causes to the extent predicated on active or passive negligence of the Consultant or of any subcontractor.

  • Responsibility for Subcontractors All requirements for the “Prime” contractor shall also apply to any and all subcontractors. It is the Prime Contractors’ responsibility to insure the compliance by the subcontractors. At all times the Prime Contractor remains liable to the Authority for the performance and compliance of his/her subcontractors.

  • Employer Responsibility The Employer accepts its responsibility to insure equal opportunity in all aspects of employment for all qualified persons regardless of race, creed, religion, color, national origin, age, disability, reliance on public assistance, sex, marital status, sexual orientation/affectional preference, or any other class or group distinction, as set forth by state or federal anti-discrimination laws, or in Board policy.

  • Responsibility for Property Lessor is not responsible for any damage to or loss of Renter’s or anyone else’s property.

  • Responsibility of the Contractor The Contractor shall be responsible for the quality, technical accuracy, and the coordination of all deliverables and other services furnished by the Contractor under this Contract. The Contractor shall, without additional compensation, correct, or revise any errors or deficiencies in the Work which are discovered within a twelve-month period of final completion of Work.

  • RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONSULTANT (a) The CONSULTANT shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, and the coordination of all services furnished by the CONSULTANT under this contract. The CONSULTANT shall, without additional compensation, correct or revise any errors or deficiencies in its services. However, the STATE may in certain circumstances, provide compensation for such work.

  • Employee’s Responsibility WORK START TIME Employees shall be in their respective assigned working locations, ready to commence work at their designated starting times, and they shall not leave their working locations at times or in a manner inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Employer Responsibilities Recognizing the inherent risk(s) in a correctional setting, the Employer is obligated to provide a safe workplace and to educate employees on proper safety procedures and use of protective and safety equipment. The Employer is committed to responding to legitimate safety concerns raised by the Union and employees. The Employer will comply with federal and state safety standards, including requirements relating to first aid training, first aid equipment and the use of protective devices and equipment.
