RESPONSIBILITY PARTIES. Both Parties are responsible for the accuracy of the personal data they provide each other, guarantee that they have sufficient lawful basis to provide the personal data and undertake to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation with regard to the data subjects from whom the personal data have been provided, as well as with regard to all possible personal data that the Parties would receive from each other's employees.
RESPONSIBILITY PARTIES. 11.1. The Parties are responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
RESPONSIBILITY PARTIES. 6.1 Responsibility of the Parties under this agreement is regulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
