Responsible for Attendance Data and Records. BY o assist students/parents with the completion of admit slips, off-campus passes, pre-arranged absence slips o input attendance information from completed forms and update related discipline entries as required o make calls to verify absences and follow up on unexcused absences o run report for attendance letters each week, create related discipline entries, print and mail letters o run report for tardy letters each week, create related discipline entries, print and mail letters o track attendance to identify any student(s) that may have 20 days consecutive absence o assist staff with attendance issues o run daily unrecorded attendance report and email appropriate staff and administrator o input unrecorded attendance o input attendance for students suspended or in the ISS room o co-ordinate with Alternative HS secretary on attendance for “shared” students o supervise and review the work of student assistants assigned to the attendance office o run report and import data to School Messenger and set calling machine each day o create and print attendance sheets for staff each week o track field trip data and input appropriate attendance information o each month print Enrollment Report, Attendance Membership Report, Entry Report, and o Withdrawal Report and maintain hard copy for “count” records and electronic copy for the state auditor records o run second Attendance Membership Report one week after count with new date range and add to file o run Student Transaction Report weekly and compare schedule changes to recorded attendance and make necessary adjustments to attendance entries and discipline entries that apply to attendance letters o run Schedule & Enrollment Inconsistencies Report and the Suspect or Questionable Attendance Report to verify current attendance entries o maintain files for attendance information; both for students and all reports o maintain all files that relate to attendance

  • Attendance Records The Employer shall maintain accurate, daily attendance records. An employee shall have the right to review his/her time and pay records on file with the Employer.

Each Party agrees to provide to the other this wireline network usage data when CenturyLink or CLEC acts as a transit provider currently or in the future. The Parties understand that this information is Carrier protected information under Section 222 of the Telecommunications Act and shall be used solely for the purposes of Billing the wireline LEC. CLEC will provide to CenturyLink information to enable CenturyLink to provide transit records on a mechanized basis when Technically Feasible. This includes, but is not limited to: service center information, operating company number, and state jurisdiction. CenturyLink and CLEC agree to exchange wireline network usage data as Category 11-01-XX.

  • DOCUMENTATION; RECORDS OF PROCESSING Each party is responsible for its compliance with its documentation requirements, in particular maintaining records of processing where required under Data Protection Law. Each party shall reasonably assist the other party in its documentation requirements, including providing the information the other party needs from it in a manner reasonably requested by the other party (such as using an electronic system), in order to enable the other party to comply with any obligations relating to maintaining records of processing.

  • Examination and Retention of Contractor's Records (a) The HA, HUD, or Comptroller General of the United States, or any of their duly authorized representatives shall, until 3 years after final payment under this contract, have access to and the right to examine any of the Contractor's directly pertinent books, documents, papers, or other records involving transactions related to this contract for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts, and transcriptions.

  • Maintenance Records All maintenance work orders for the prior 12 months.

  • Inspections, Records, and Cooperation The Owner agrees to provide any information pertinent to this Contract which the Program Administrator, PJ, or HUD may reasonably require. Further, upon reasonable notice to the Owner, Owner agrees to provide access to the Program Administrator, PJ, HUD, or their representatives to the Unit, the property on which the Unit is located, and the Owner’s records (wherever located) relevant to this Contract and compliance with Program requirements. The Owner further agrees to provide access to such records to the Comptroller General of the United States (commonly known as the Government Accountability Office or “GAO”). The Owner must grant access to relevant computerized or other electronic records and to any computers, equipment, or facilities containing such records, and must provide any information or assistance needed to access the records. Such rights to inspect and review will not expire until five (5) years after the date of expiration or termination of this Contract.

  • Client Records 26.2.1 CONTRACTOR shall prepare and maintain accurate and complete records of clients served and dates and type of services provided under the terms of this Contract in a form acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR.
