Common use of Rest Pause Clause in Contracts

Rest Pause. 23.1 Where practicable, all employees shall be entitled to two 15 minute paid rest pauses to be taken in such a way that the ordinary working day (including the unpaid meal break) is broken up into 4 approximately equal working periods. 23.2 By agreement with their Manager a group of employees or an individual may elect not to take the second rest pause. 23.3 The rest pause(s) shall be taken at such times as will not interfere with continuity of work where continuity is necessary.
