Rest Period After Overtime. An employee required to work overtime adjoining his/her regularly scheduled shift shall be entitled to nine (9) clear hours between the end of the overtime work and the start of his/her next regular shift. If nine (9) clear hours are not provided, the overtime rate of double time (2X) shall apply to all hours that fall within the nine (9) hour rest period.
