Restoration of accrual rates. Employees who, following termination of employment, return to a regular position within two (2) years shall be given credit for years of service prior to their termination. All time employed outside of the bargaining unit, including periods with academic rank, shall be counted as long as there is not a break in service of more than two (2) years.
