Common use of Restriction of Employee Status Clause in Contracts

Restriction of Employee Status. The status of all employees covered by this Provincial Collective Agreement shall be defined under one of the three definitions found in Articles 11.02, 11.03, and 11.04. If a dispute arises over the proper allocation of employee status, such dispute shall be resolved through Article 9 Grievances.
