Retransmissions. Licensee shall take all necessary action to prohibit any retransmission of the Simulstreaming from being intelligibly receivable by viewers outside the Territory. The Licensee shall notify Licensor promptly of any such unauthorized retransmission of which it may become aware, and Licensor shall render such help or aid to the Licensee as the Licensee shall reasonably require in any such enforcement action.

  • Transmission encryption All data transmissions of County PHI or PI outside the secure internal network must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as AES.
