Return of Documents and Material. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason the Institution shall and shall procure that the Investigator shall return to Biogen all documents, Trial results and Material used, generated or referred to in the course of the Trial, and the Institution and the Investigator hereby irrevocably waive any ownership interest or intellectual rights worthy of protection of any of the above.
Return of Documents and Material. Return of Documents and Material. All documents, goods, materials and equipment provided by the Company to the Employee for the execution of her functions, remain the property of the Company and must be returned upon request. The Employee agrees not to make use of such items for any purpose other than that of the business, and, not to make copies for personal use without the prior express authorisation of the Company.
