Return of Leased Equipment. You must return all Leased Equipment in good operating condition, normal wear and tear excepted, within thirty (30) days following cancellation or disconnection of your Services or disconnection of your Leased Equipment. In the event that you acquired the Leased Equipment from a retailer, then you must return all Leased Equipment to: (i) your original retailer, in the event that such cancellation or disconnection of your Services or disconnection of your Leased Equipment occurs during the first thirty (30) days following your initial activation of programming; or (ii) DISH, in the event that such cancellation or disconnection of your Services or disconnection of your Leased Equipment occurs after such thirty (30) day period. You are responsible for and shall bear all costs, expenses and risk of returning the Leased Equipment, including, without limitation, risk of loss during shipment. You are not responsible under the terms and conditions of this Agreement for the return of equipment other than the Leased Equipment. Following cancellation or disconnection of your Services or disconnection of your Leased Equipment (unless you acquired the Leased Equipment from a retailer and the cancellation or disconnection of your Services or disconnection of your Leased Equipment occurs during the first thirty (30) days following your initial activation of programming and you returned Leased Equipment to such retailer within thirty (30) days following cancellation or disconnection of your Services or disconnection of your Leased Equipment), DISH will send you one or more return labels or empty boxes (depending on your Leased Equipment) to be used by you in returning the Leased Equipment and DISH will charge you a Equipment Return TV Fee (as set forth in Exhibit 1) for each such return label or empty box. You also have the option of contacting DISH by calling the telephone number set forth in Section 1 (i.e., 800-333-DISH (800-333-3474)) to request that DISH or our designee(s) perform an in-home service call to remove the Leased Equipment at DISH’s then-current in-home service call rate (may not be available in all areas, geographic restrictions apply). Leased Equipment will not be deemed returned until received by DISH. Return of Leased Equipment. Viasat will send you a prepaid shipping package, or provide alternate instructions for you to return the Leased Equipment to Viasat. If Viasat does not receive the modem and transceiver within 30 days after the termination of your Service or if you return the Leased Equipment in a non-functioning or damaged state, you agree to pay Viasat the following fee(s), as applicable to you depending on your Service plan (“Unreturned Equipment Fee”): Equipment Type Fee for each unreturned or damaged modem Fee for each unreturned or damaged transceiver Exede Wi-Fi Modem or Exede branded modem, and its associated transceiver $150.00 $150.00 Viasat Wi-Fi Gateway modem and its associated transceiver $50.00 $250.00 Additionally, you agree that Viasat may collect and charge the Unreturned Equipment Fee using the payment method on file with Viasat (Card Payment or EFT Payment) and you hereby irrevocably authorize Viasat to make such charges. Viasat is not obligated to de-install the Leased Equipment, but may do so for a fee.
Return of Leased Equipment. All Leased Equipment provided to You or installed at the Service location under this Agreement must be returned if you elect to terminate your Services, or your Services are otherwise terminated for any reason at any time. WITHIN 15 DAYS OF SUCH TERMINATION, OR DISCONNECTION, YOU AGREE TO CONTACT CA AND PROVIDE ACCESS TO CA FOR REMOVAL OF LEASED EQUIPMENT OR RETURN ALL SUCH EQUIPMENT IN GOOD OPERATING CONDITION, NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR EXCEPTED, TO: ConnectAnza/Anza Electric Cooperative, Inc. 00000 Xxx 000, Xxxx XX 00000. You are responsible for and shall bear all costs and expenses to return such Leased Equipment. IF YOU DO NOT RETURN SUCH LEASED EQUIPMENT AS SET FORTH HEREIN, YOU AGREE TO PAY, AND WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY APPLY YOUR DEPOSIT TO YOUR CA ACCOUNT.
Return of Leased Equipment. Upon termination, you must promptly return your Leased Equipment to CenturyLink by following the return process found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/returnmodem. CenturyLink will, at its option, either:
(1) charge you the Equipment Charge if CenturyLink does not receive the Equipment within 30 days after termination;
(2) charge you the Equipment Charge upon termination and credit you back for such charge ONLY if CenturyLink receives your Equipment within 30 days following termination; or (3) continue to charge you for the Equipment until CenturyLink receives the Equipment. Upon your termination of Fixed Wireless, we may dispatch a technician to uninstall and remove Fixed Wireless Equipment, at no cost to you.
Return of Leased Equipment. 7.1 If, upon expiry of the term of lease, the parties do not renew the lease agreement, Party B shall within 15 days of expiry of the lease return the leased equipment to Party A and shall bear the transportation cost, loading and unloading cost, inspection cost and other costs in connection with the return of the leased equipment.
7.2 If, upon expiry of the term of lease, the parties do not renew the lease agreement, Party B shall on the date of expiry immediately cease using the leased equipment.
7.3 Party A and Party B will jointly inspect any returned equipment and in the event of any damage or loss Party B shall provide an indemnity of an equivalent value calculated at the market price.
Return of Leased Equipment. After you notify Brightspeed of your intent to terminate Service, you must promptly return your Leased Equipment (namely the router(s) and WiFi mesh nodes, but not the optical network terminals) to Brightspeed within 30 days after termination. After receiving your intent to terminate Service, Brightspeed will send customers an email with return instructions to return the Leased Equipment to Brightspeed. Brightspeed will, at its option, either: (1) charge your payment method on file (including preauthorized credit card or bank withdrawal) an amount up to $200 if Brightspeed does not receive the Leased Equipment within 30 days after termination; or (2) charge your payment method on file (including preauthorized credit card or bank withdrawal) an amount up to $200 upon termination and credit you back for such charge ONLY if Brightspeed receives your Leased Equipment within 30 days following termination.
Return of Leased Equipment. After you notify CenturyLink of your intent to terminate Service, you must promptly return your Leased Equipment to CenturyLink within 30 days after termination. After receiving your intent to terminate Service, After receiving your intent to terminate Service, CenturyLink will send customers with a Consumer/Residential account an email with a link to print a shipping return label to return the Leased Equipment to CenturyLink. For customers with Small Business or Enterprise Class accounts, you will print a shipping return label at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxx to return the Leased Equipment to CenturyLink. CenturyLink will, at its option, either: (1) charge your payment method on file (including preauthorized credit card or bank withdrawal) an amount up to the Equipment Charge if we do not receive the Equipment within 30 days after termination; (2) charge your payment method on file (including preauthorized credit card or bank withdrawal) an amount up to the Equipment Charge upon termination and credit you back for such charge ONLY if CenturyLink receives your Equipment within 30 days following termination; or (3) continue to charge your payment method on file (including pre for the Equipment until CenturyLink receives the Equipment
Return of Leased Equipment. It is your responsibility to return all leased Equipment within thirty (30) days following cancellation or disconnection of your Services. You must call 000-000-XXXX (3474) to receive a return authorization number and instructions regarding acceptable methods for returning the Equipment. Options to return your Equipment include, but are not limited to, the use of a shipping label and empty box provided by DISH Network by paying a Box Return Fee (as detailed in Exhibit 1) (which price is subject to change at any time) or scheduling a DISH Network in-home service call to remove the Equipment by paying a Service Call Fee (as detailed in Exhibit 1) charge (which price is subject to change at any time). Equipment will not be deemed returned until received by DISH Network. If you do not return such Equipment undamaged and in working order, normal wear and tear excepted, and in accordance with the procedures set forth herein, then you are responsible and must pay us certain charges as described in the Package Plan Agreement.
Return of Leased Equipment. Upon Panasonic’s request, the Company shall, without delay and in accordance with Panasonic’s instructions, return any or all of the Leased Equipment to Panasonic in a condition suitable for the continued ordinary use thereof by Panasonic subject to ordinary deterioration resulting from its ordinary use under this Agreement.
