Return of Merchandise. If a shareholder wishes to return an online purchase of gift box(es), send the merchandise back to us using traceable mail. You will be responsible for return postage. Once we receive your package, we will promptly refund the credit card used to make the purchase for the price of the gift box(es) returned. Since these factors are uniquely within the shareholder's knowledge and control, it is essential that the shareholder evaluate the product(s) to determine whether it is fit for a particular purpose and suitable for the shareholder's method of application. The product(s) in the gift box(es) will meet 3M's or the manufacturer's specifications at the time of shipment. 3M makes no other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If a product(s) is defective, shareholder's exclusive remedy and 3M's sole obligation shall be, at 3M's option, to replace the gift box(es) or refund the purchase price.

Return of Merchandise. Should an error occur due to Company personnel's misinterpretation, entering, filling or shipping of a Distributor order, the merchandise is returnable by Distributor for full replacement, providing the merchandise is in good condition, and Company will accept the return transportation charge, if the error is reported within 10 business days. Where the Distributor desires to return merchandise for any reason other than Company errors in filling orders, the merchandise must be in (a) In original containers, (b) saleable according to Company standards, and (c) must be authorized for return by Company prior to issuance of any allowable credits. 1. When Distributor requests the return of merchandise within 30 days after the receipt of shipment and such return is authorized, Company will allow 100% of the invoice value in the form of a credit memorandum after Company's receipt of the returned goods. 2. When Distributor requests the return of merchandise from 30 - 90 days after the receipt of shipment and such return is authorized, Company will allow 80% of the invoice value in the form of a credit memorandum after Company's receipt of the returned goods.
Return of Merchandise. The Company does not have any Products in the possession of its customers on consignment or on a similar basis. The Company has not made or participated in any full or partial recall or stock recovery of any of the Products, whether on a voluntary basis or pursuant to a notice or request received from any Governmental Authority and has not received any written notices or other communication from any Governmental Authority relating to the possible recall or stock recovery of any of the Products. No such recall or stock recovery is being considered by the Company, and to the knowledge of the Vendor, no such recall or stock recovery is being considered or has been requested or ordered by any customers or customer group.
Return of Merchandise. Merchandise may be returned within thirty (30) days from date of delivery without penalty. After thirty (30) days from date of delivery no returns are allowed.

Return of Merchandise. Neither the Corporation nor Glutino USA have any merchandise in the possession of its customers on consignment or on a similar basis, except as disclosed in Schedule 4.37, which disclosure sets forth the identity of the parties and the amount and value of the merchandise subject to such consignment or similar arrangements and the terms thereof. Except as disclosed in Schedule 4.37, during the past two (2) years, neither the Corporation nor Glutino USA has made or participated in any full or partial recall or stock recovery of any products manufactured or sold by or rendered by or on behalf of the Corporation or Glutino USA, whether on a voluntary basis or pursuant to a notice or request received from any Governmental Authority and has not received any written notices or other communication from any Governmental Authority relating to the possible recall or stock recovery of any products. No such recall or stock recovery is being considered by the Corporation or Glutino USA, and to the knowledge of the Vendor, no such recall or stock recovery is being considered or has been requested or ordered by any customers or customer group. Any full or partial recall or stock recovery disclosed in Schedule 4.37 has been conducted in accordance with applicable Law.
Return of Merchandise. During the Sale Term Agent shall accept returns of Merchandise sold by Merchant from the Stores prior to the Sale Commencement Date ("Returned Merchandise"), provided such Merchandise is accompanied by the original Store receipt and such return is otherwise in accordance with the applicable return policy for such Store in effect prior to the Sale Commencement Date. Merchant shall reimburse Agent in cash within five (5) days after Agent's request for the amount of any Store credit or refund given to any customer in respect of Returned Merchandise. To the extent that Returned Merchandise is salable as first-quality merchandise, it shall be included in Merchandise and valued at the Retail Price applicable to such item multiplied by the compliment of the prevailing Sale discount at the time of the return. If the Returned Merchandise constitutes Defective Merchandise it shall be included in Merchandise and assigned a Retail Price in accordance with the applicable provisions of Section 5.3 above. Subject to Merchant's reimbursement to Agent of the amount of any Store credit or refund granted for any Returned Merchandise, the aggregate Retail Price of the Merchandise shall be increased by the Retail Price of any Returned Merchandise included in Merchandise (determined in accordance with this Section 8.5), and the Guaranteed Amount shall be adjusted accordingly. Any Returned Merchandise which is not included in Merchandise shall be disposed of by Agent in accordance with instructions received from Merchant or, in the absence of such instructions, returned to Merchant at the end of the Sale Term. Any increases in the Guaranteed Amount and any reimbursements due to Agent as a result of Returned Merchandise shall be accounted for an paid by Agent and/or Merchant, as applicable, on a weekly basis.
