RETURN OF PARTS. A. The vendor shall accept any part returned by Orange County within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of acceptance. A nominal re-stocking fee may be charged to the County if the return of the part is due to an ordering error of the County.
B. All parts returned to the vendor will be in a resale condition.
RETURN OF PARTS. Airline shall have the right to return to CFM, at CFM’s expense, any new or unused Part which has been shipped in excess of the quantity ordered or which is not the part number ordered or which is in a discrepant condition except for damage in transit.

RETURN OF PARTS. IAE, at its sole option, may require the Operator to return to IAE any Part for which a Parts Credit Allowance is requested. Such return shall be a condition for the issuance of a Parts Credit Allowance.

Dade Behring agrees that it will, at OmniCell's request, return to OmniCell such parts and components for any Product which Dade Behring acquires from customers in the course of providing service hereunder; provided, however, that no such return shall be required of any item which is potentially hazardous.
RETURN OF PARTS. Any and all parts returned to Client shall be at the sole discretion of Service Provider. Any return of parts requested by Client must be requested on the Repair/Service Submission Form prior to service or the parts may be discarded.
RETURN OF PARTS. Parts will not be accepted for return without the prior written authorization from Collicutt. Any products accepted for return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Non-stock or special order products are non-returnable.

If Customer orders a part not applicable to Customer Engine configuration, the Parties will work in good faith to rectify the issue.
RETURN OF PARTS. When returning defective parts to the Contractor, the CITY shall tag each part with the following: • bus number and VIN • claim number • part number
