Return to Work and Accommodation. The Employer and the Union agree to actively participate and facilitate the rehabilitation and return to work of ill, injured or disabled employees.

Return to Work and Accommodation. L18.01 The Board shall notify the Member of their right to union representation at any meeting where a return to work/accommodation plan is being discussed. Return to Work and Accommodation. (a) The Society acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select one (1) Employee and one (1) alternate for the purpose of representation at meetings arising from Return to Work/Accommodation and to attend meetings scheduled between the Society and the Employee regarding return to work and accommodation and so advise the Society. The Employee will be afforded the opportunity to meet privately with his/her Union Representative prior to any such meetings for a maximum of fifteen
Return to Work and Accommodation. (a) Prior to a return to work after a medical leave of more than ten (10) working days, the member will provide a written statement from their treating health care professional to the Director of Human Resources.

  • Return to Work (a) The parties recognize the duty of reasonable accommodation for individuals under the Human Rights Code of Ontario and agree that this Collective Agreement will be interpreted in such a way as to permit the Employer and the Union to discharge that duty. To that end, the Home and the Union agree to cooperate in complying with the Ontario Human Rights Code.

  • Travel and Accommodation 10.1 The Player will be responsible for their own airfare, travel and accommodation in consideration to the Event.

  • Return to Work Program When feasible, the Employer will provide alternative work opportunities to employees injured on the job. The Employer shall work closely with the employee and his/her physician to determine if and when the employee can return to modified duty, and what assignments and/or activity level restrictions must be adhered to.

  • Return to Work Programs (a) The parties recognize that prevention of injuries and rehabilitation of injured employees are equally important goals. The parties further recognize that return to work programs are part of a continuum of injury prevention and rehabilitation.

  • Proper Accommodation Proper accommodation shall be provided for employees to have their meals and store and change their clothes.

  • Modified Work/Return to Work (a) The parties recognize the duty of reasonable accommodation for individuals under the Human Rights Code of Ontario and agree that this Collective Agreement will be interpreted in such a way as to permit the Employer and the Union to discharge that duty.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Disability Accommodations The Department does not discriminate on the basis of disability in admission to, access to, or operations of its programs, services, or activities. Individuals who need aids, alternative document formats, or services for effective communications or other disability related accommodations in the programs and services offered are invited to make their needs and preferences known to this office. Interested parties should provide as much advance notice as possible.

  • COMPENSATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES 5.1 For the Construction Manager’s performance of the Work as described in Section 2.3, the Owner shall pay the Construction Manager the Contract Sum in current funds. The Contract Sum is the Cost of the Work as defined in Section 6.1.1 plus the Construction Manager’s Fee.

  • EXTENSION OF USE COMMITMENT The Contractor agrees to honor all orders from State Agencies, political subdivisions and others authorized by law (see Section 25 Extension of Use) which are in compliance with the pricing, terms, and conditions set forth in the Contract. Any unilateral limitations/restrictions imposed by the Contractor on eligible Authorized Users will be grounds for cancellation of the Contract.
