Returning to District. Any employee with previous teaching experience in the School District shall upon returning to the system receive full credit on the salary schedule for teaching experience prior to leaving the District provided during the absence he/she remained teaching.

Returning to District. Teachers with previous teaching experience in Piscataway Township district shall, upon returning to the system, receive full credit on the salary schedule for all approved outside teaching experience, military experience, or other experience as indicated by the Peace Corps, VISTA, or the National Teacher Corps.
Returning to District. An administrator who has terminated service with the South-Western City School District and is reemployed later is to be considered as a new employee in determining the salary, except if the administrator resigns for good and sufficient cause which is approved by the Superintendent of Schools, and if he/she returns to work under contract with the Board of Education within a period of three (3) years, he/she shall be placed at the salary he/she would have received had there been no interruption of service minus unearned annual increments. A leave of absence is not considered termination of service and is not included as part of the three (3) years absence from employment.

Returning to District. A teacher with previous teaching experience in South Xxxxxxxx Township School District shall upon returning to the system receive full credit for salary adjustment for all outside teaching experience, military experience, or alternative civilian service required by the Selective Service System. Such teachers who have not been engaged in other teaching or other activities indicated above shall, upon returning to the system, be restored to the next adjustment above that at which they left. With the exception of induction by the Selective Service System, positions for returning teachers will depend on the availability of openings in the district.

Any refund, transfer of security, if provided in terms of the Agreement shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 or the statutory enactments or amendments thereof and the Rules and Regulations of the Reserve Bank of India or any other applicable law. The Allottee understands and agrees that in the event of any failure on his/her part to comply with the applicable guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India; he/she may be liable for any action under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 or other laws as applicable, as amended from time to time.

  • Returning to Work After a Period of Parental Leave (a) An employee will notify of their intention to return to work after a period of parental leave at least four weeks prior to the expiration of the leave.
