Review of Classification. The Company shall have the right to review the Client’s Classification according to Applicable Regulations and inform the Client accordingly of the change before it comes into effect by providing the Client with advance notice of at least ten Business Days. Notwithstanding paragraph 25.1, changing the Client’s Classification may also mean changing the type of Client Account of the Client. The Client shall be treated as accepting the change on that date unless, before then, the Client informs the Company that the Client wishes to terminate the Agreement and not accept the change.
Review of Classification. When an employee requests reclassification of her position, such request will be forwarded to the District Superintendent. At the same time as the request, a form letter informing that such a request has been made, shall be filled in triplicate and sent by the employee to the Director of Human Resources of the Department of Education and the Labour Relations Officer. Within forty-five (45) working days of receipt of such application, the employee and the Labour Relations Officer will be notified in writing of the results of her request giving reasons for the decision. The time limits specified may be extended by mutual consent. Application forms to request a reclassification can be obtained at the School District Office.

If no written notification is given or extension granted within the forty-five (45) working days, the grievance procedure outlined in Article 7 may be initiated.
