Review of Main Roads Electrical Supervisory Staff. Main Roads, in consultation with the Electrical Trades Union of Employees of Australia, Queensland Branch, will review and make recommendations as considered necessary relating to positions engaged in the supervision of electrical contractors (including RoadTek), in order to determine required skills, competencies, qualifications and classification levels appropriate for the roles. This review process encompassing identification of the required skills; competencies and qualifications; determination of classification levels; independent verification; and the identification of an appropriate appeal mechanism in relation to decisions on allocation of employees to new classification levels. The review will commence within three months of the agreement being certified and will be completed within nine months of the agreement being certified. The date of operation of any outcomes of the review will be three months after the date of certification. A standing committee composed of representatives of both Main Roads and the relevant industrial organisation of employees will be created to monitor the development and roll out of review recommendations and act as a source of expert advice during the term of this Agreement.

  • Synchronisation Commissioning and Commercial Operation 8.1 The Developer shall provide at least forty (40) days advanced preliminary written notice and at least twenty (20) days advanced final written notice to ESCOM of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • SCOPE OF SERVICES/CASE HANDLING A. Upon execution by Xxxxxx, Attorneys are retained to provide legal services for the purpose of seeking damages and other relief in the Litigation.   • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Staffing Plan 8.l The Board and the Association agree that optimum class size is an important aspect of the effective educational program. The Polk County School Staffing Plan shall be constructed each year according to the procedures set forth in Board Policy and, upon adoption, shall become Board Policy.

  • Surplus Staffing 8.8.1 In the case of a surplus staffing situation arising at Xx Xxx o Xx Xxxx Pounamu Part 9 of the Agreement shall apply to teachers covered by this Agreement except:
