Section 2. Employees shall have the right to obtain individual copies at no cost, up to fifty (50), of any material contained in his/her personnel file. A normal charge may be required for copies above the established limit. Employees shall have the right to add memoranda to his/her personnel file to clarify or rebut any other material contained therein.
