Rewards Program Terms. 25. Kroger 1-2-3 REWARDS Program Summary for your Personalized Reloadable Card. You are automatically enrolled in the Kroger 1-2-3 REWARDS Program when your Personalized Reloadable Card is activated. The 1-2-3 REWARDS Program is only available on the Personalized Reloadable Card. The 1-2-3 REWARDS Program account associated with your Card is separate from any other 1-2-3 REWARDS Program account you may have, including with your 1-2-3 REWARDS Visa, and points cannot be combined across more than one account. The 1-2-3 REWARDS Program is operated by The Kroger Co. and by activating your Card, you thereby authorize U.S. Bank National Association and The Kroger Co. to share your Cardholder registration, Card activity and 1-2-3 REWARDS Program information between each other and their authorized providers of the 1-2-3 REWARDS Program. You earn between 1-3 points on eligible purchases made with your Card (“Rewards”).* Accumulated points are exchanged for 1-2-3 REWARDS Electronic Coupons (each an “Electronic Coupon”). Your 1-2-3 REWARDS Electronic Coupons are redeemable by you for eligible purchases at the Kroger Family of Stores** locations on purchases greater than $5 made with your Card. Rewards are not available for purchases made with your Temporary Card. There are no limits on the amount of Rewards points you can earn. An Electronic Coupon for $5 off a qualifying Kroger Family of Companies purchase will be awarded monthly when you have earned a minimum of 1,000 Rewards points if your Account is in good standing. Enrollment in the Kroger 1-2-3 REWARDS Program also enrolls you in the shopper’s club programs of the Kroger Family of Companies listed below, as applicable. The Kroger 1-2-3 REWARDS Program is administered by The Kroger Co. and the shopper’s club programs are offered by their respective stores. Electronic Coupons may only be redeemed toward an in-store purchase at participating Kroger Family of Companies locations.

To the extent notice is given or required to be given, Customer agrees Bank or its Rewards Program vendor may satisfy any such notice requirement by posting notification to any of the Rewards Websites or any other manner of notice permitted under this Agreement or the terms and conditions of the Rewards Program. Customer and Managing Cardholder agree by their participation in the Rewards Program to monitor the Rewards Websites for changes in Rewards Program terms.

  • The Program The Program is a comprehensive commercial energy efficiency program that offers financial incentives and financing for qualifying energy efficiency measures in commercial buildings to customers who are property owners, tenants or managers (customers) of ACE in New Jersey. Customers must receive ACE electric delivery service and be in good standing. Incentives are available to customers for the purchase and installation of qualifying energy-efficiency measures at the location where the qualifying project is to be installed. XXX will not offer financial incentives for the same eligible measure to those customers who have received financial incentives or rebates from other ACE energy efficiency programs.

  • Peer Assistance and Review Program 1. MCEA and MCPS agree to jointly operate a Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Program. The PAR Program is a mechanism for maintaining systemwide quality control and ensuring that all MCPS teachers responsible for teaching students are functioning at or above the high MCPS standards of performance. It provides intensive assistance for any teacher who has not yet achieved that standard or who falls below acceptable standards. Assistance and review are provided to both experienced MCPS teachers in need of significant improvement and teachers in their first year of teaching.
