Right to Refund. You remain responsible for the payment of all fees incurred through the termination date. Dell will promptly refund any prepaid fees for the APEX Service that will not be provided as a result of the termination by You under Clause 3.2.A (Option to Terminate). You are not entitled to any other remedies once You are in receipt of the refund from Dell.

Dell will promptly refund any prepaid fees for the APEX Service or Related Services that will not be provided as a result of the termination by Distributor under Clause 3.2.A (Option to Terminate). Distributor, Reseller, and Customer are not entitled to any other remedies from Dell once Distributor is in receipt of the refund from Dell.
Right to Refund. We will inform you if we receive a premium payment which affects the tax qualification of this contract as described in Section 7702 of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended. We will offer you the choice of a refund of the premium or the option to increase the Specified Amount subject to our underwriting requirements. If you choose to increase the Specified Amount and the Insured fails to meet our underwriting requirements for the required increase in coverage, we have the right to refund, with interest, any premium that would cause your contract to violate Section 7702.
Right to Refund. The undersigned shall have the right to receive a refund of their investment for a period of five business days from the date payment for the investment is submitted by the undersigned. Such request may be made in any fashion but, if made other than in an originally signed and written communication, must be confirmed with such a communication within 15 business days after the date payment is submitted.

If all or part of the payments made for a development are not expended for the purposes authorized herein within five years of the date that 95 percent of all certificates of occupancy have been issued for the completed development of the property for which the payments were made, the person or entity who made such payments shall be entitled to a refund on all unexpended funds if a request for a refund in writing has been made within one year of entitlement. If no such timely request is made, the right to a refund of the unexpended funds shall be considered waived.

If your instructions as to when the moneys shall be forwarded or transmitted are not complied with and the money has not yet been forwarded or transmitted, you have a right to a refund of your money. All Other States: No Refund Policy It is Tech Friends, Inc. policy that once the customer has completed a transaction with XxxxXXX.xxx, the transaction is final, and the customer will not be allowed to ask for the refund of the price of the transaction or fee that has been processed, even if the customer is dissatisfied with the transaction. So before making the decision to complete a transaction on XxxxXXX.xxx, customers are advised to read and understand this No Refund Policy. Right to Refund. 8.5.1 NCR will use its best efforts during a warranty period to repair Equipment under Section 8.1 or correct Software under Section 8.2. If NCR does not succeed within a reasonable time, you may return the defective Product and obtain a refund, or you may accept the Product "as is."
8.5.2 If NCR does not perform Services consistent with Section 8.4 or any Contract, then if you provide prompt notice NCR will use its best efforts to reperform them. If NCR cannot successfully reperform Services, you may terminate the Contract, and obtain a refund of your payments to NCR for those Services. Your refund for a fixed term Services Contract will not exceed your payments for 12 months.
8.5.3 In addition to the warranties described above, NCR may make commitments to you in a Contract such as those relating to Product performance, capability or the future availability of features. If NCR does not meet those commitments, you agree to notify NCR promptly in writing. If NCR is unable to correct the problem within a reasonable time and the Contract does not separately address your remedies, you may return the Product and obtain a refund. The refund will be reduced on the same basis as you depreciate the Product in your financial statements. If you do not depreciate it, the refund will be reduced on a 5-year straight-line basis.
Right to Refund. At any time on or prior to the earlier of (i) the installation of the System or (ii) 5:00 P.M. local time on the 5th calendar day following the initial Home Visit (as defined below) (“Cancellation Period”), You have the right to cancel this Agreement for any reason and receive a full refund. In order to exercise your right to cancel, You must notify ZMW in writing via email at xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx before the expiration of the Cancellation Period. If You exercise your right to cancel during the Cancellation Period, You may still be responsible for certain fees owed to Your Authorized Installer, such as for the deposit that You made to Your Authorized Installer and non- refundable deposit made to Zero Mass Water. “Home Visit” means the initial visit that your Authorized Installer completes at your Property pursuant to a separate agreement between You and such Authorized Installer for a standard installation of the System, including a thorough walk of your Property and inspection of the roof of Your Home, if applicable.
