Right to Refuse Transfer. Employees who are impacted by any transfer or other disposal by the Employer of its operation, or any part thereof, in any manner referred to in this Article may elect not to transfer, or otherwise be disposed of, and shall be treated in accordance with Article 14 (Layoff and Recall).
Right to Refuse Transfer. (a) The Parties agree that the Seller shall have the express right to refuse to transfer the AGRI to the Buyer, wholly or in part.
(b) The Seller may refuse to transfer AGRI to the Buyer in whole or in part if a successful transfer of the AGRI would result in the total amount of AGRI in existence being more than the Hard Cap.
(c) If the Seller refuses to transfer the AGRI and terminate this Agreement, the Seller must refund the Required Contribution to the Buyer on a pro-rata basis for the amount of AGRI that the Seller has refused to transfer.
(d) The Parties agree that the Seller may elect to modify the Hard Cap for any reason at any time.
(e) The Parties expressly agree that a refusal to transfer AGRI under this clause of this Agreement does not constitute a breach of this Agreement.
(f) If the Seller exercises its right to refuse to transfer the AGRI to the Buyer under clause 7(a) or 7(b) of this Agreement, the Seller may also elect to immediately terminate this Agreement.
Right to Refuse Transfer. 9.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse to transfer any Issue Tokens, wholly or in part, to the User for any reason.
9.2 The Company may refuse to transfer the Issue Tokens to the User in whole or in part if a successful transfer of the Issue Tokens would result in the Company going over its Hard Cap.
9.3 If the Company refuses to transfer the Issue Tokens under clause 9.1 or 9.2, the Company must refund the Required Contribution to the User pro rata to the Issue Tokens refused.
9.4 The Company reserves the right to modify the Hard Cap for any reason.

9.2 The Company may refuse to transfer the Chatello Coin to the User in whole or in part if a successful transfer of the Chatello Coin would result in the Company going over the Initial Token Supply.
9.3 If the Company refuses to transfer the Chatello Coin, the Company must refund the Required Contribution to the User pro rata to the Chatello Coin refused.
9.4 The Company reserves the right to modify the Initial Toke Supply for any reason.
Right to Refuse Transfer. The Company shall not be required (i) to transfer on its books any Shares that have been sold or otherwise transferred in violation of any of the provisions of this Exercise Notice or (ii) to treat as owner of such Shares or to accord the right to vote or pay dividends to any purchaser or other transferee to whom such Shares shall have been so transferred.

We reserve the right to deny any request to transfer a Registration during the first sixty (60) days after the initial Registration with the original registrar if: (i) denial is in accordance with the circumstances described in this Agreement under the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy; (ii) there is evidence of fraud; (iii) there is a reasonable dispute over the identity of the Registrant or administrative contact; (iv) no payment for previous registration period was made (including credit card charge-backs) if the domain name is past its expiration date or for previous or current registration periods if the domain name has not yet expired. In all such cases, however, the domain name must be put into "Registrar Hold" status by the Registrar of Record prior to the denial of transfer; (v) express objection to the transfer by the authorized Transfer Contact. Objection could take the form of specific request (either by paper or electronic means) by the authorized Transfer Contact to deny a particular transfer request, or a general objection to all transfer requests received by
