Rights of Data. (i) Prohibition on Disclosure or Use. All documents, data and other materials furnished to Subgrantee by JFNA under this Agreement shall remain the exclusive property of JFNA, and Subgrantee shall have no right to use or disclose such documents, data, and other materials except to the extent permitted under this Agreement or as otherwise agreed to between the parties.

Rights of Data. The Grantee agrees that all data, plans, drawings, specifications, reports, computer programs, operating manuals, audio and video recordings, notes, and other written or graphic work produced in the performance of this Agreement shall be in the public domain. The Grantee may disclose, disseminate or use in whole or in part, any final form data and information received, collected, and developed under this Agreement, subject to appropriate acknowledgement of credit to the California State Parks, Division of Boating and Waterways for financial support. The Grantee shall not utilize the materials for any profit-making venture or sell or grant right to a third party who intend to do so.
Rights of Data. 7.1 The Processor will provide to the Controller, subject to the nature of the processing executed by the Processor, and to the extent required and possible, assistance to fulfill the obligations under the GDPR or other applicable regulations, in particular the rights of Data Subjects, within the legal deadlines, including but not limited to: the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction, the right to data portability, the right to object. The associated costs will be borne by the Processor.

  • Rights of Stewards When it is necessary for a xxxxxxx to leave his/her work area to investigate and adjust grievances or to investigate a specific problem to determine whether to file a grievance, the xxxxxxx shall request permission from the immediate supervisor and such request shall not be unreasonably denied. All polygraph tests will continue to be on a voluntary basis.

  • Rights of Third Parties A person who is not a Party to this Agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 to enforce any term of this Agreement. This clause shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
