Rights of Employees to Representation. 10.5.1 No reprisals of any kind shall be taken by either party or by any member of the administration against either party in interest, any representative, or any other participant in the grievance procedure by reason of such participation. 10.5.2 Any party in interest may be represented at all stages of the grievance procedure by a person of their own choosing.
