Rights of Employees to Representation. 1. Any party or parties in interest may be represented at all stages of the grievance procedure by him/herself, his/her representative, or, at his/her option, by a representative(s) selected or approved by the Association. 2. No reprisals of any kind shall be taken by the Board or its representatives against any party in interest, the PG-ESP or its members, or any other participant in the grievance procedure by reason of such participation.
