Rights of Employees to Representation. 1. Any employee or group of employees may be represented at all stages of the grievance procedure by himself/themselves, or, at his/their option, by a representative selected or approved by the Association. When Association representation is not requested, the Association shall have the right to be present at all stages of the grievance procedure.
