Roles and Responsibilities of the County. A. The County shall provide ARPA Funds to Ivesdale in an amount up to $175,000 in support of this assistance. The transferred funds shall be provided to Ivesdale based on invoice(s) for water distribution system improvement activities. A Risk Assessment Form, copy of the invoice and documentation for related water distribution system improvement activities, and Reporting Form shall be submitted by Ivesdale to the County prior to the first payment. If multiple payments are needed, Ivesdale shall submit a copy of invoice and related documentation, along with submission of a Reporting Form by Ivesdale to the County for each payment, with a maximum total amount of $175,000. The County shall provide the Risk Assessment Form and Reporting Form templates to Ivesdale.
B. The County shall provide oversight as described in this Agreement for the purpose of ensuring that ARPA Funds are spent in compliance with Federal law, and in compliance with the intended purpose of the funds as set forth in this Agreement.
Roles and Responsibilities of the County. A. The County shall provide ARPA Funds to the District in an amount up to $500,000 in support of this assistance. The transferred funds shall be provided to the District based on project invoices and documentation. A Risk Assessment Form, Reporting Form, and project documentation shall be submitted by the District to the County prior to the first payment; followed by documentation and Reporting Form for remaining payment(s). The County shall provide the Risk Assessment Form and Reporting Form templates to the District.
B. The County shall provide oversight as described in this Agreement for the purpose of ensuring that ARPA Funds are spent in compliance with Federal law, and in compliance with the intended purpose of the funds as set forth in this Agreement.

b. The County shall provide oversight as described in this Agreement for the purpose of ensuring that ARPA Funds are spent in compliance with federal law, and in compliance with the intended purpose of the funds as set forth in this Agreement.
c. The County is not responsible in any way for the operations of Vision to Succeed.
Roles and Responsibilities of the County a. Pending commitment of additional funding sources, the County shall provide ARPA Funds to Volo in an amount of up to the lesser of 25% of the total project cost or $174,731.25, available beginning in 2022. The transfer of funds shall be provided to Volo based on invoice(s) for related household internet access deployment activities. A Risk Assessment Form, copy of the invoice and documentation for household internet access deployment activities, and Reporting Form shall be submitted by Volo to the County prior to the first payment. If multiple payments are needed, Volo shall submit a copy of invoices and related documentation, along with submission of a Reporting Form by Volo to the County for each payment, with a maximum total amount not to exceed the lesser of 25% of the total project cost or $174,731.25. The County shall provide the Risk Assessment Form and Reporting templates to Volo.
b. The County shall provide letters of support as needed for Volo to apply for Project funding assistance.
c. The County shall provide oversight as described in this Agreement for the purpose of ensuring that ARPA Funds are spent in compliance with federal law, and in compliance with the intended purpose of the funds as set forth in this Agreement.
d. The County is not responsible in any way for the operations of Volo.

b. The County shall provide oversight as described in this Agreement for the purpose of ensuring that ARPA Funds are spent in compliance with federal law, and in compliance with the intended purpose of the funds as set forth in this Agreement.
c. The County is not responsible in any way for the operations of CCFB.

The transferred funds shall be provided to Penfield based on invoice(s) for tank replacement activities. A Risk Assessment Form, copy of the invoice and documentation for tank replacement activities, and Reporting Form shall be submitted by Penfield to the County prior to the first payment. If multiple payments are needed, Penfield shall submit a copy of invoice and related documentation, along with submission of a Reporting Form by Penfield to the County for each payment, with a maximum total amount of $70,000. The County shall provide the Risk Assessment Form and Reporting Form templates to Penfield.

If multiple payments are needed, Pesotum shall submit a copy of invoice and related documentation, along with submission of a Reporting Form by Pesotum to the County for each payment, with a maximum total amount of $75,000. The County shall provide the Risk Assessment Form and Reporting Form templates to Pesotum.

Roles and Responsibilities of the County. A. The County shall provide ARPA Funds to RPC in an amount up to $263,000, divided into four quarterly payments of $65,750, with allowance of quicker payments if 75% of transferred funds have been allocated more quickly; and less frequent payments if funds have not been allocated.
B. A Risk Assessment Form shall be submitted by RPC to the County prior to the first payment; followed by a Reporting Form by RPC to the County each quarter until the program assistance and reporting are complete. The County shall provide the Risk Assessment Form and Reporting Form templates to RPC.
C. The County shall provide oversight as described in this Contract for the purpose of ensuring that ARPA Funds are spent in compliance with Federal law, and in compliance with the intended purpose of the funds as set forth in this Contract.

If multiple payments are needed, Xxxxxx shall submit a copy of invoice and related documentation, along with submission of a Reporting Form by Ludlow to the County for each payment, with a maximum total amount of $340,000. The County shall provide the Risk Assessment Form and Reporting Form templates to Ludlow.
